Cindy was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. She never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend her as you will feel much easier and less stressful during the entire process. I am speaking from experience as we were able to find and purchase an almost ideal home in days using Cindy. It is good to know her effort did not go unnoticed by other clients either.

We approached Cindy and team recently to help us search and buy a home in Lake Forest area. She found a perfect match from her existing listing for another client and we closed the deal within a month. Needless to say that we are extremely happy with Cindy and her service. After months of frustration we finally found Cindy through her postcard to list our brand new home in Irvine for lease. Usually most of the commercial postcards ended up in our trash bins. Fortunately, her confident photo and track records captured our attention. Within two and half weeks, with the cooperation of another equally excellent agent, our home was rented to an exceptional family who met all of our requirements and more. Although it was a lease which generated limited commission, Cindy did not spare any expenses. She, at her own cost, hired professional photographer to capture the beauties of our home for the MLS and various media website. She was not happy with the first set of photos. She insisted on having a retake. She’s very knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. It was not unusually to receive her reply texts at 6:00am or 11:30pm. Another jewel is Cindy’s assistant Alicia who was always ready to help, to fill the gap. I wish this pair great success, and I know they will without any doubt. They deserve it.
