I was referred to Cindy by our mutual friend in China, we had a great first impression about her at our first meeting after we landed in LA. We exhausted all the properties that were listed on the market and still couldn’t find the one that strikes our fancy. We have a limited time window to purchase a home before the school starts for our daughters; luckily Cindy is very resourceful and well-connected; she was able to find us a couple of off-market properties. We liked one of them very much and it met our wants and needs. Within 2 days after viewing the house we opened escrow and closed it in 14 days. It turned out to be disastrous! He did not speak Chinese which is ok, but he did not make any effort trying to understand our Asian culture and our needs, the worst part was that not only he was impatient but also likes to shout and make annoying facial expressions. We finally got fed up with him and decided to find someone else to work with; that's when we met with Cindy.
