We were very interested in buying a property in southern California but were told it would be very complicated as we reside in another country. One day we saw an off market listing circulated by Cindy in Bradbury area that we really liked. We then arranged a trip to the US in a hope that we could at least make an informed decision after seeing the property. All done in 4 days, Cindy told us this still did not beat her own record of opening and closing escrow in 3 days!
