I was referred to Cindy by our mutual friend in China, we had a great first impression about her at our first meeting after we landed in LA. We exhausted all the properties that were listed on the market and still couldn’t find the one that strikes our fancy. We have a limited time window to purchase a home before the school starts for our daughters; luckily Cindy is very resourceful and well-connected; she was able to find us a couple of off-market properties. We liked one of them very much and it met our wants and needs. Within 2 days after viewing the house we opened escrow and closed it in 14 days. We enjoyed working with her; she is efficient, effective and strategical. Not only that, she knows the right contractor, handyman, home insurance agent and more. We feel this is like a one-stop shop for us and save us lots of hassle and headache. We consider we are so lucky to have her help us; and she deserves this pad on her shoulder

I’ve known Cindy for quite some time; she is very well-known in our Chinese golf community. Not only she is known as an avid golfer; but she is also known for her impeccable reputation for being knowledgeable, experienced, responsive and capable investment and real estate professional. She helps me with all my 1031 Exchange needs. As a sophisticated Real Estate Investor I am very selective when it comes to real estate agent. Especially for complicated transactions such as 1031 Exchange I wouldn’t trust anyone but her to handle it for me. I have nothing but praise for her and her team; and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a reputable real estate agent to work with.

I was referred to Cindy by a friend while seeking to buy a home in Irvine. Few minutes into our first conversation I knew right away I was in good hands. She asked all the right questions, took no time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, and immediately laid out a few options for me. Fast forward, here I am sitting in my new home writing this review :) Cindy and her team are true professionals, honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant to work with. Many thanks!

We hired Cindy as a buyer's agent and purchased a property in Great Park community, we could not happier because she made the whole process smooth and effortless. She took time to explain everything to us thoroughly since we are 1st time buyer. Then, she gave us some detailed property report to work on and went to the property with us a couple of times to answer our questions/concerns. Highly recommended if you want to buy a property in Irvine/Newport area.

We were referred to Cindy by a mutual friend who spoke very highly of her; we couldn’t be more amazed by her professionalism and responsiveness. Cindy and her associates helped us get a lot MORE THAN what we had hoped for and higher than market comps! Cindy guided us through a extensive selection of finding the perfect candidate for our home. We had a wonderful experience working with Cindy. We look forward to working with her again in the future and would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone who has real estate needs. Thank you again Cindy

Cindy was recommended by a friend while we were looking to buy a home in Irvine. Everything my friend said about Cindy and her team turned out to be truth. She is very professional, responsive, proficient, knowledgeable/resourceful, and considerate. She has made our home buying process a very pleasant and stress free (well, almost :)) experience. Thank you again Cindy and team!

Hello, we would like to thank and recommend Ms Chin and her associates. They represented and helped us in selling our home in Chino area. Our house was sold at higher price than we would expect in a very short time. Cindy knows and is really good at what she is doing. She also provided her expert advice and opinions on many other finance and investment related matters. Needless to say we are very satisfied and happy with her service.

I am very happy and impressed with the service provided by Ms Chin and associates who represented us in purchasing a home at an ideal location for our family. They know what they are doing for sure (unfortunately this is hardly the case for many "professionals" these days). Cindy knows the area very well, has extensive knowledge not only in real estate business, but also in finance, asset management, and investment in general. We would definitely recommend Cindy and her team.
