My husband and I are so lucky to work with Cindy and her wonderful team that we can never thank enough for. This has been the 3rd multi-million dollar transactions that Cindy has assisted me with in the past two years. Her and her team have made all our transactions smooth, productive, efficient and care-free. No only that, she has helped us optimize our investment return in a short period of time. Besides her strong work ethics that’s another reason we keep on going back to her. That also explains how Cindy has achieved nearly $300,000,000 in production for the past 5 years alone. I am writing this review after we just closed the escrow for our first home in the US. Very pleased to have Cindy and her associates represent us to purchase our first property in the United States. I still can not believe what just happened. Our home was sold at the record high unit price in the same community, and the most incredible part - we CLOSED ESCOW in 3, yes, THREE DAYS!!! We just can't praise enough Cindy and her team. She is the most professional, proficient, hardworking, and resourceful agent we have ever worked with. Despite the fact that we have moved to the East Coast and buyers are from China, Cindy literally worked around the clock and miraculously managed putting all the pieces of the puzzle together in such a short time frame. we were so happy to be referred to Cindy by our mutual friend, Mr. Chen. Long story short, initially we came across an agent online and wound up working with him for our new house hunting.
