After hearing compliments from quite a few friends about Cindy, we reached out to her asking if she could help us sell our home in Irvine. She responded positively and immediately started working on our behalf. Cindy quickly arrange the first meeting with us. We were so impressed with her charming personality, energy and enthusiasm. She came well prepared, full of informative and useful advice, and every interaction we had with her after that was the same. The sale went very well, she identified a number of potential buyers in less than a week, we went with the most qualified candidate and closed the deal within days. We were very interested in buying a property in southern California but were told it would be very complicated as we reside in another country. We then got connected with Cindy through a friend who recently purchased a home in Orange County with her help. Soon after we started receiving information on local listings regularly from Cindy. One day we saw an off market listing circulated by Cindy in Bradbury area that we really liked. We contacted Cindy, she quickly provided all the detailed information about this property and guided us on how to proceed and what to expect. We then arranged a trip to the US in a hope that we could at least make an informed decision after seeing the property. What happened next was beyond our expectations, we arrived on Sunday, walked through the property on Monday and reached agreement on terms with the seller the same day in the afternoon. On Tuesday we signed purchase contract and opened escrow, fund was wired on Wed, and on Friday the fund transfer was recorded and escrow closed. All done in 4 days, Cindy told us this still did not beat her own record of opening and closing escrow in 3 days! We know it may look easy but it did require a lot of skills, expertise and hard work to pull it off. Thank you again, Cindy and team!

We have been trying to sell the property since 2016, 3 agents and 5 listings later we found ourselves back to square one. That's when we met Cindy who agreed to give it a try. We became concerned after falling out of escrow again, but Cindy wasn't ready to give up. She took the property off the market and continued to work through her extensive network to look for potential buyers worldwide. To make a long story short, she was able to connect with an international client who expressed interest in the property, flew to the US to check up the house, and the escrow was opened the day after their arrival, closed within 4 days! We couldn’t be happier and would definitely work with her again for all of our future transactions.
