We had Cindy as a buyer's agent after our best friend had such a wonderful experience with her as a sellers agent (their house sold in a week!). Cindy was absolutely wonderful. She helped us look at houses and explained what we would potentially have to fix, what issues with resale might be, and she stayed right in the price range we asked for. While I would expect this from any well trained agent I work with, Cindy went absolutely above and beyond especially when we had issues with our loan. She really went to bat for us to get everything right and get us in the house without changing the original move-in date. We were so grateful she fought for us the whole way and we trusted her with anything that came our way. She did an amazing job!!

Cindy is an excellent Realtor. From the start, she provided a well-thought-out pricing strategy and explained her reasoning for the figure. She also provided excellent tips and suggested improvements that would make the house show better. Her communication was exceptional throughout the process. Thanks to Cindy's hard work, our home sold in just a couple of weeks. I would definitely choose Cindy again should we need to sell or buy another property.

Cindy is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and she was very helpful in helping sell our home. She is responsive, patient and professional. Her commitment and hard work is evident every step of the process. Her considerate and thoughtful demeanor also results in a pleasant transactional experience. Cindy is definitely someone you can count on when looking to buy and sell properties!

I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy and associates for the past 2 years when looking to buy or sell homes. For this particular purchase in Irvine area, from day one Cindy was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Cindy and her team were there quickly handling any issues that may have risen in a professional and timely manner. If the time ever comes again when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

We were in a hurry to lease out our property but somewhat concerned about finding a good and responsible tenant in a short period of time. By chance we learnt of Cindy and her impeccable reputation. We reached out to her and immediately felt that we were in good hands. Cindy is so knowledgeable and well informed by keeping her fingers on market's pulse in our area. She is also very resourceful and terrifically hard-working, within 2 weeks after our first meeting, she found us such a high quality tenant that we signed a lease agreement right away. We could not be happier with our decision to choose Cindy, and will give her our highest recommendation.

We had heard through a friend that Cindy was a well known realtor in my area and could sell homes quickly. We chose to use her as our agent, we saw just how awesome she is. She is so intelligent and confident about what she does. She makes the process easy by handling all of the details and getting things done quickly. She is really good at marketing and did an excellent job attracting people looking at our home. When she found us a buyer, the process went smoothly because she handled everything so well and knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Cindy was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. She is a great person and it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Cindy patiently explained all of the scenarios of selling so that we would have a good understanding of any offer received. Her knowledge and sense of the market is one of her biggest assets. We followed her suggestions as much as we possibly could, that was probably the reason our house sold as rapidly as it did. The entire experience was painless due to her professional guidance. We would surely recommend Cindy to anyone in the event they should need a reliable, knowledgeable, and results-oriented realtor.

We were thrilled to have Ms Chin as our realtor when selling our home. She responded very quickly to every email, text and phone call, gave us great advice, and got us a few solid offers in just two weeks. She works so hard for her clients and best of all, gets results! You won't go wrong with Cindy as your representative whether selling or buying your home.

I cannot recommend Cindy enough! I appreciate her and her team’ expertise, hard work, and commitment to excellence. I was most impressed with her diligent communication and ability to work with everyone involved. I couldn’t be happier with the sale of the home or more impressed with Cindy and her team’s Job very well done!

Cindy is a whole package. Not only did she help find a home that we really like and negotiated a nice deal, but she also used her expertise in financing and financial services to assist us in getting a loan processed and approved quickly, ensuring a successful and timely closing. We feel very lucky and thankful to have an agent like Cindy who works so hard to look out for our best interest. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
