The best team in southern California!!! Great team and great service! Cindy showed me homes and is very professional and really knows what she's doing. That's why she's a top agent!

Cindy Chin was such a pleasure to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and proactive. She can quickly and precisely gauge my needs and wants, goals and objectives. She helped me lease a commercial office with warehouse in premier location of Irvine. It was a perfect choice for me! Her negotiation skills are unparalleled; ultimately I got an amazing deal to start my new business adventure in California and it has taken off and been growing like crazy! The ideal business location is for sure a big plus! Cindy also patiently took my friends to see different residential properties, even though my friend finally didn't buy, but they were so amazed that Cindy is such a professional and warm person and gave them a lot of thoughtful information. I would highly recommend Cindy and her team to anyone, for residential and commercial real estate services!

She is very patient and good at listening. She wants to buy you a house that satisfies you. Her character is frank and direct, so you can tell her your thoughts and requirements directly. She is very energetic and positive. She is helping us to buy an ideal house.

We were looking for a nice property in Irvine to lease. Ms Chin's name came up several times when we were asking friends to recommend a good and trustworthy agent, so we decided to contact Cindy for help. From the second we talked to her on the phone, we were quite impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional and focused. She asked just a few questions, right away understood what our objectives were, provided specific suggestions and laid out our options. After quickly identifying potential properties, she went further beyond to help negotiate deals on our behalf. We finally settled on a house with a great deal. Can't be happier. Thank you, Cindy!
