The owner of 105 Headwaters reached out to Cindy after putting his home on the market, and after 6 long months, it hadn't sold yet. He noticed that the Irvine area attracted many international buyers and decided to find a bilingual Broker. After his thorough search based on his career habit, Cindy's distinguished background got his attention, not only her many years of real estate experience but also her knowledge of the financial and wealth management field.

After Cindy signed the listing with the seller, she started promoting this property on her social media platforms, including her interview show on a well-known Chinese TV channel with over half a million subscribers and on relevant China-based social media. All the hard work and promotion paid off quickly, as one of her fans from the TV channel contacted Cindy about the beautiful home. Unfortunately, due to China's strict money exchange policy, they couldn't send the funds to the US.  

Cindy helped them obtain a loan through a company she has a long-term working relationship with and sold their two other investment properties in a short period to meet the Escrow closing date. The final sale price was almost 200K more than the previous listing price and closed with better terms for both parties. In the end, both sellers and buyers are thrill
