Cindy is the most excellent agent we have ever worked with. We began looking for a dream house three months ago. Whenever it comes to bidding or making an offer, she works tirelessly to make sure we get the most favorable possible deal. In the end, we were able to get our dream house for 100K less than our budget. We have had a wonderful experience working with Cindy Chin Team, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and colleagues.

After having no luck selling our home with a different agent, we called Cindy and after the first phone conversation, knew she would be able to sell it. She had a very clear and thorough plan that she shared with us at our first meeting. She gave suggestions on how to best showcase our home to maximize buyer interest. She utilized many different marketing strategies and avenues to make sure our home was viewed by her exclusive audience and the relevant purchasing public. Cindy and her team are extremely professional and competent. Any issues that arose, Cindy already had a solution. We can’t say enough about our positive experience and would recommend her to anyone selling their home!

Cindy is my agent so is my friend. She had sold two of our houses. She is just so good that she can always find great offers within a day or two, and then turn out that she would find the best one among all those offers. The second house Cindy sold for us was so much more than our listing, and it’s all cash offer. I am always surprised by her passionate about the career and helping people. Her sight for the market and her service makes her the best one. Highly recommend to everyone.

Cindy is one of the best agents we have ever worked with. She and her team provided the full service by listing/selling our home in Riverside and purchasing a new home in LA downtown. They handled everything professionally and proficiently, e.g. the old home was sold within days after listing at a very good price, then Cindy connected us though her network to a developer from whom we bought our dream home in downtown LA!

Very impressed and happy with Cindy and her team. They surely know what they are doing. We were skeptical at the beginning thinking the proposed listing price might be too high. However the property was sold within a week at the asking price! Highly recommended.
